  This is the closest UPS Store to me, but I will avoid going here sometimes because the lines are consistently extremely long

  Pretty crowded however they get you in and out pretty quickly. No complaints.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The employee working at the print counter was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we asked for assistance. What made the situation even worse was the manager’s response. Instead of listening to our concerns or attempting to resolve the issue, he allowed the employee to continue arguing with us. He also belittled us in front of other customers rather than simply explaining how their store operates. We were unfamiliar with their “one-line services” system because we recently relocated from up north, where the UPS Stores we’ve used operate differently. There was no reason for anyone to be rude or make us feel embarrassed over an honest misunderstanding. Customer service should involve explaining policies respectfully, not arguing with or talking down to customers. This experience was unprofessional and left a very negative impression. I hope management takes customer service more seriously in the future and provides additional training on how to treat customers with respect.

  I’m done with this place. I came to this ups 2 days the first day was when I was trying to print my paper they printed them well I liked them and I asked them to cut it they said it would take a day and I need to come back tomorrow I was fine with that then the next day I went there they said they lost the papers I was so frustrated but I said okay and they took a hour printing and cutting the paper I was already mad but I just let it slide but then when I go back home and look at the pictures they were all double sided so I went there and told them to redo it and they didn’t care i needed the pictures as soon as possible I told them and I couldn’t wait I had work and the manager started arguing with me the costumer service is seriously so bad there I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
