  ⭐️ 6/27/2026 @10:29am Very disappointing experience today. I’ve used this UPS Store before and never had an issue until now. The employee (Young Indian Lady, black hair shoulder length )at the front counter was rude, impatient, and unprofessional while helping with my returns. After having trouble scanning my items, instead of explaining or assisting, she became frustrated and said, “I don’t know what you want from me” in front of other customers. When I asked for her name, she refused and walked away. The manager’s (Steve) response was also dismissive with no apology or attempt to address the situation. Technical issues happen, but disrespectful customer service is unacceptable. I hope management reviews the cameras and takes this seriously. I’m not sure what the corporate can do with them consistently having customer service issues. I hope the corporate department would take this seriously!

  Horrible customer service.Brake was so unwilling to help.I had to go and send my item to another ups store.Its like I was really bothering him.I explained to the attendant in the other store what had happened to me and she confirmed that yes your store is known for bad customer service.It was scary.

  I print shipping label i asked i need to cover label need tape it box on the top and cover the label .They will charge the tape next time he said . he kind rude
