  Completely done with this place. Have had wine club shipments sent here to avoid having to wait all day at home to sign for the package. Every time I pick up it is a new story; free; $5; sent it back to shipper immediately; and, best of all, $10 today "storage" charge for a couple of hours. These folks have forgotten what the "S" in UPS stands for...

  There customer service is horrible and they are unorganized. I sent someone a package here and each time they said they didnt have it. The first time they found it after coming back a second time. Then I had another get delivered there May 7 and once again they told my friend they didn't have even with her providing them the tracking number. Which they told her it was a tracking number that started with a Y instead investigating it they just told her they didn't have it. Yet the delivery service took multiple pictures showing they went to this address and took another picture handing it off to someone. Be careful having packages shipped here.

  i come here when i need to ship off packages or print a few pages , every time time im here blake is always rude , very snappy and always raging , i was here on yesterday around 6pm the line was long so i was there for sometime when it became my time i was met with blake again , i told him i needed to print something that i had already sent it to the email and he asked me with an attitude “well did somebody tell you your stuff was ready “ and i never been asked that before so i said no i just sent it 3 mins ago , so he asked me for my name and it confused me again cause i never been asked that so i tried to understand him so i said my name or the name on the email and he said your name with an attitude so i told him my name isn’t on the email if that’s what you’re asking , so then he asks for my email with the same stern tone and i gave it to him he said “we didn’t get it “ with an attitude and that confused me as well because the max the system would take is atleast 5 minutes to recieve , i sent the email at 6:12 , when i check the time with confusion it was 6:19 , i tried to tell him that , blake swung the computer screen at me and started screaming at me in front of all the customers so i just laughed it off and when i looked back up at him he was staring at me with a death stare and i said “what “ he starts raging at me and then i said oh no i want somebody else im not dealing with this , and he goes to say i dont care go to somebody else , richard takes me , and richard was so helpful but as im noticing blake was very nice to the caucasian couple behind me , which is weird , i also came to learn that blake discriminate against his fellow employees and calls the dumb and stupid and telling them they don’t know how to do there work properly , while he sits and eat panda express on the clock ,i also asked richard what was wrong with blake and he states he’s always like that toward everyone , but he was so friendly to the caucasian couple behind me ? i will be contacting eeoc and filing a complaint , i did nothing to blake to be treated with such aggression and manner yesterday . also to any customer that ever read the reviews , the guy they speaking of with the blonde hair that is rude , it’s blake.

  Bad customer service. When i return the amazon package in the store today at 4:53pm, I asked the female staff can I use the trash can for my one paper trash. She rejected me to use the trash can while there is a trash can in place right after her. I ended up squeezing my paper trash and keeping it in my pocket.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the UPS Store on Fry Rd. in Cypress. I arrived at 5:30 PM to have a document notarized and waited in line for 35 minutes due to how long the line was. When I finally made it to the counter at 6:05 PM, I was told they stop notarizing documents at 6:00 PM. I asked to speak with the manager, Blake, hoping for some understanding or assistance, but instead, I was simply told to “come back tomorrow.” He then said that I “should have asked” what time notary services stopped. There was no sign posted anywhere in the store indicating that notary services end at 6:00 PM, so there was no way for customers to know in advance. The lack of communication and poor customer service were extremely frustrating, especially after waiting so long. A little empathy and clearer signage could have made all the difference. Based on this experience, I understand why this location has poor reviews. I hope management takes steps to improve both customer service and communication.
