Excellent experience at this UPS Store! The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, and the customer service was outstanding. They made the entire process quick and hassle-free, took the time to answer my questions, and ensured everything was handled properly. The store was clean, organized, and well-run. It’s refreshing to receive this level of service, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. My go to UPS store!

Very disappointing experience with Santina at this UPS Store in Cypress. I clearly read out the recipient’s name, including the spelling, and the full address, but she entered both incorrectly. When I returned to have her errors corrected, she said under her breath, “Make sure to read it this time.” That comment was unnecessary and disrespectful. I provided the correct information, so implying that I was responsible for her mistakes was unprofessional. I came back to have the information corrected, not to be blamed or spoken to with an attitude. Her response was more frustrating than the original errors. I would not recommend having Santina assist you at this location. I hope management addresses this, because customers should not be met with sarcastic remarks when asking an employee to correct their own errors.

This UPS location has just the absolute sweetest employees ever. There was an older gentleman who came in bleeding because he had unknowingly cut himself and they were so sweet and patient with him and helped bandage him up. Respectful and kind kids working here!
