  Yesterday I went into the FedEx store needing to print a doc and I asked for help and the worker said it would be a charge of 2.00 so he gave me a card like that had store email and said to email the doc. So I did had difficulty sending the email had to send several times still couldn't get it so then Daniel assistant manager came and helped me and he got .I told him it's hard to find people that want to help without a charge so again I appreciate Daniel helping me to get my doc.

  Rudest customer service I have ever seen! The guy had a bad attitude from the moment we arrived. Kept saying rude remarks and when we talked back he said he refused to service us and to leave. He wanted to close early.

  If I could rate them with 0 stars that would be more accurate. This is without a doubt the worst customer service ive ever experienced and they will hold zero accountability for any issues they give you. They will take your money, not deliver the package, and then make you jump through so many hoops trying to get your money back that will make you want to leave without getting your money back. They already have a 3.1 rating before this post so my issues have obviously not been the first experienced there. DO NOT USE FED EX or this location if you value your money and time.

Their turnaround time is incredible, they’re always professional, and they consistently go above and beyond to help me meet my deadlines. No matter how tight the timeline, they find a way to make it happen—and always with a smile. Everyone on the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about delivering quality work. It’s such a relief to have a print partner I can trust when my clients are counting on me. Thank you to my Barker Cypress crew for always taking such great care of me. Y’all are amazing, and I truly appreciate everything you do! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and outstanding print quality.
