- LGLinda GarciaNov 19, 20201.0Taking my son to drop of a package I wanted to send internationally. The lady denied service because I had to fill out my shipping info online and print it. After explaining I’ve shipped overseas for 6 years and always filled out a paper in the post office since I don’t have a printer. The answer to that was ‘ oh well I have the paper here but then that means I have to fill out the addresses in the system’. My answer was, ‘yes so I guess it’s all about you not wanting to take the time and effort to do it’ and she replied, ‘no exactly’. What?! I’m shocked at this point, so I said it means you won’t help me ship it? ‘No sorry’- Where I ask so I have to drive to Nacogdoches where I usually go but Cushing is closer. She said ‘well you have to wait over there too for them to put it in the system’ which I answered with, yes it takes less than 5 minutes!! She says something along the lines of ‘well I don’t know what to tell you.’ Not to mention I have my baby in a stroller and a heavy package in my arm, struggling to get in and out the door. No help. Nothing. This was just a case of not wanting to help and do her job. I have never experienced this. Now I have to drive 40 minutes to another City with my baby. Where everything could’ve been done within 10 minutes if she did her job.
