- DJDavid JohnsonJun 27, 20261.0Three days this week 6/22 - 6-27/2026 informed delivery said I was supposed to receive mail that I did not receive. One day was medication that I needed. Also we used to get our mail between 11:00am and 12:30pm now it shows up in the evening if it shows up at all. I’m assuming it’s a different person delivering the mail but someone needs to do their job and do it correctly. If you have mail to deliver, deliver it!!!
- DDDaphneJun 23, 20261.0We had a total of 8 packages gone missing that have been dancing around for weeks between Crowley, Burleson, and Fort Worth. Several hundred dollars worth of stuff. We called the post office today and it kept ringing and ringing. We finally went higher than their heads and we filed a formal complaint with USPS. Magically all 8 packages arrived within an hour. Interesting how that works. LAZY WORKERS! A big shout out to the mail delivery lady with blue hair. She’s the only one who is reliable to deliver our mail. She’s deserves 5 stars.

We have spoken to employees here regarding the issue and they could care less. I can understand once or twice here and there, but I’m serious when I say it’s been a lot. My concern now is my medication from the VA was now delivered to the wrong address and I have no meds now. What happened to accountability?
