I asked Jonathan about my return and he took a deep breath with an attitude and gave me a one word sentence like he was a toddler. He had an attitude. Every time I come he does. If not with me, with other customers. He needs to be retrained or he needs to take a miss rachel course on how to be energetic or stay at home. I understand everybody needs a job but the way he has all these negative reviews and still have a job is crazy.

He doesn’t talk in complete sentences when you ask a question. He seems like he’s always aggravated. I don’t like him at all. He normally works with the store manager Rebecca and she seems enabling. If your worker doesn’t acknowledge the customers and is angry about working at ups. Encourage them to go back to school or do what they love instead of pissing off customers
