- TTTina Tisby6 days ago5.0The staff at this Crosby location is great. Especially the lady with the salt/pepper hair, sometimes in a ponytail. She is always positive and friendly. She works really fast, and always wear a smile.
- CZChristina ZamoraAug 10, 20261.0I came in with my family, and there was a misunderstanding regarding the passport fees. I approached the woman in charge calmly and respectfully, but unfortunately, she was extremely hostile and rude. Her attitude made the entire atmosphere tense and uncomfortable. What was even more disappointing was seeing her treat not only me, but also the people waiting behind me, in the same rude and disrespectful manner. I understand that misunderstandings happen, and I’m always willing to communicate respectfully and resolve an issue, but there was no reason for the interaction to be handled the way it was. I truly don’t understand why someone would continue working in a position where they seem so unhappy, especially when their attitude affects the experience of everyone around them. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

This post office misdelivered a customer’s package to a random PO Box in Crosby, Texas, when the shipping label clearly stated a residential address in Rosharon—which is over an hour away! Instead of fixing their clear carrier tracking and routing error, their claims department has now denied my appeals TWICE. They would rather hide behind automated system denials than take accountability for delivering mail to the completely wrong city. I had to pay out of pocket to ship a brand-new replacement to my customer because of this office’s negligence. Complete lack of basic oversight and zero customer service.
