Terrible customer service. The young girl that works in the evening is beyond rude . She has a terrible attitude and treats customers like they are the ultimate annoyance. I have no idea how she still has a job. The young man that works there is not much better. Dropped off a package Friday evening, have been worrying about the contents of the package ever since because she she was so hostile with me that I got a feeling she was gonna tamper with the package. Package was supposed to ship out Saturday morning but did not leave the store until late Monday now it’s going to arrive late. Original expected delivery date was the 21st now it’s the 23rd because how long it took to leave the UPS store. This place charges THREE dollars to print a LABEL. ANY LABEL IS $3 even if it’s on a regular sheet of paper. Which is crazy because a regular sheet of paper is .50 cents. So you have to pay 6 times the cost of a regular print just because you are printing a label. Will drive the extra distance to avoid this miserable establishment.

I had a great experience at The UPS Store. The owner, Ali, was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. As I was getting ready to open my new restaurant, Ali and his team helped me with many different services, including printing posters and other materials I needed for the business. They were patient, dependable, and made sure everything came out exactly the way I wanted. It’s great to find a place where the owner genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help. I really appreciate Ali and his team for making the process easier for me during such an important time. I highly recommend this UPS Store located in Crosby to anyone who needs printing, posters, shipping, or other business services. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall!
