- LBLaTasha Bolton6 days ago1.0The absolute worst post office on the planet. They constantly mark items as delivered and they never are. They also provide the wrong keys for the parcel lockers. I am so sick of them.
- ELevelyn lopezAug 7, 20263.0I don't know what is happening with the post office carrier. He places the key to pick up the packages in the wrong mailbox and we end running the community to deliver them. It has happened for example in the Martinez, Rios, Lopez, Fernan, etc families. This has been going on for months. If he's able to read the mail and most of the time place it in the right mailbox, he should be able to match the key with the package box and the correct last name. We'll really appreciate if he makes an effort to improve the service in River Ridge Community.
- SWSommer WalkerJul 30, 20261.0The mail courier keeps delivering my packages to a box that is damaged. When I try to put the key in the box it gets stuck. It stayed stuck for so long that someone mail course or someone else got the package out and I never received it. This was back in June. Today I have a package and my husband is literally fighting to get the key to turn. Going to the post office is not helpful as I did that in June and still never received package. He had to leave the key in there AGAIN for someone to take our package AGAIN. I do not want to break the box but what else am I to do at this point???
