This has been my. worst. EVER. experience. in any post office. Anywhere. I was waiting for my medication to be delivered. When it said it was delivered I looked and looked everywhere around my property. Come to find out it was delivered to the wrong address. When I went to the post office to file a claim or get that package back, the lady there was very dismissive when I even started to speak with her. I explained to her I didn't understand why the package was even left at an address that was not mine. She then informed me it was some sort of mix up with the addresses. My box number is 12** the other address was 14**. Now in a rural areas that could be next door and it could be a mile or more down the street. Everytime I opened my mouth to speak she would try to speak over me. She was even trying to wait on the next person in line. She totally dismissed me. As I got fed up and was leaving, she started laughing. So, I turned around and walked back because I wanted this person to know I heard them. I walked back and said "you really wanna laugh some more?" Then she says "you just don't know what it's like working here." No I sure don't. I sure don't. One thing I do know though, I am gonna see what can be done Abt her.. so, if you read any of the negative reviews that were left before mine. You can believe them. Now I don't know what I'm going to do Abt my missing medication. I went in thinking this should be pretty easy to resolve. I even had the tracking number for her. So I'm gonna call my pharmacy and see what can be done on their end. But I suspect there isn't much. They only will let me have a 30 day supply. So I'm probably screwed. I'm recovering from cancer and I really needed that medication. In conclusion, if you can avoid it don't come here expecting any type of care or concern from this woman. She's rude, dismissive and does not value the people she serves and apparently even the job she has or she wouldn't be messing it up this bad. I would give this some minus stars but I guess I can give 1 star if there are others that work there, guess it's not their fault this woman works there. And if your her boss and your reading this: Shame on you.
PS. My son was also missing some packages, she tried to tell him there is no house at our address. You can't see it from the road. We have lived here 26 years....

Poor hours. Difficult to reach for pickup or redelivery. Mail often delivered to wrong address. Hours not accessible for majority of community who work out of town.
