They don’t take my complaints seriously and the lady kept smirking at me today while I was trying to have a conversation with her. She kept saying that informed delivery doesn’t mean that I am to receive those items. At my previous address in the Bluff, I always received what was scanned in for informed delivery and even I called and talked to a representative from the 800number, they said if it is scanned in and on my informed delivery then it should be delivered to me.
