So far in the past week and a half I've had to hunt down 3 drivers because they are not picking up my outgoing mail. They just keep putting the incoming mail on top of the outgoing. Flag is out and outgoing mail is in view as soon as you open the box and stamped properly. I make sure of that. One conversation with one of the mail carriers just said "I'll let the office know of my complaint" after I confronted him as to why he didn't take my outgoing mail. Frankly, they don't care. Something needs to be done. I've had an outstanding number of complaints with this and it falls upon deaf ears with USPS management. I just wish we had another option for regular mail delivery service. Maybe then USPS would take their job seriously.

- EREmily RiderJun 1, 20261.0Our mail service has been horrible since I moved in November. The office is a joke when you I go in to complain or look for my mail that I don’t receive. They don’t take my complaints seriously and the lady kept smirking at me today while I was trying to have a conversation with her. She kept saying that informed delivery doesn’t mean that I am to receive those items. At my previous address in the Bluff, I always received what was scanned in for informed delivery and even I called and talked to a representative from the 800number, they said if it is scanned in and on my informed delivery then it should be delivered to me.
