GREAT customer service with Vincent!!! Also a Mr. Brown they both professional and pleasant! Probably the only reason I return. However, on 3 Fridays so far I have left work and arrived and the post office is closed before their stated closing time of 04:30pm, this appears to be an ongoing issue. Please investigate, and solve the issue. Thank you!

0 stars. I have never experienced customer service this frustrating. My package was marked as delivered on June 15th, but it was never received. The mail carrier even told me he thought he had a package for us, which was the first sign something was wrong.
This office has been extremely unhelpful in locating the package, and getting anyone on the phone has been nearly impossible. After waiting and trying to resolve this, I went into the office myself on June 22nd because I had no other option. I am 38 weeks pregnant and the package contained a specific baby onesie I purchased as my newborn’s going-home outfit.
When I explained the situation, I was told that I “should have come in earlier” to locate the missing package. That response was incredibly upsetting, especially considering the circumstances. The week this happened, we had severe storms, a tree fell on my house on June 17th, my dog passed away on June 18th, and the office was closed on June 19th for the federal holiday. After an extremely difficult weekend, I finally came in looking for help.
It is now June 24th, and I still do not have my baby’s coming-home outfit. Losing a package is one thing, but the lack of compassion, communication, and assistance I received from this office has been unacceptable.

I hate this location, their unprofessional and rude. Been here several times without a good experience. I even rang the bell and they were looking at me until I rang it over and over again, because they didn't hear it the first time but yet passed me a couple times to just see me standing at the counter. Worst location.

Thank you to Nick!!! I'm used to rudeness and a communist feeling from most of the employees who gesture you behind the fiberglass and loudly tell you why you should be wearing a mask if you are not, even for health reasons. But most of the employees don't care about exceptions, they don't see you as a human, they want you to line up and conform and shut up while they check you out as quickly as possible. Nick was so warm and genuine, a refreshing change. I normally dread going to this location and dealing with the other personnel puts a bad taste on my day but today was better, thanks Nick! Hope you have a great day and you see this. : ) Also, please don't force your employees to wear masks, for some people, masks can cause health issues too. People are not one-size fits all.
