  This was my third time giving this FedEx Print Office a chance, and unfortunately the experience was no better, all different services. Today I faxed something on my own and had to figure it out because otherwise they charge extra if they “help”. The machine was extremely SLOW and took about 45 minutes to fax 10 pages at almost $2.50 per page! Exorbitant and terrible experience. The staff have no understanding of customer service. They ignore customers, act too busy to help, take an unnecessarily long time, and become annoyed if anyone asks a question or interrupts them. Then, once it’s finally your turn, they rush you through the process instead of taking the time to help. Oh and they HATE returning Amazon pay!! It was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Sadly, after three visits with the same poor service, I won’t be coming back.

  Very disappointing customer service at this FedEx location. I brought in a golf club to ship to Rhode Island and was quoted around $150. What bothered me most was that the employee made absolutely no effort to explain the price or offer alternative shipping options. A good employee should at least check for cheaper Ground services or different delivery speeds instead of just throwing out an outrageous number. The employee wearing black-and-white glasses also came across as dismissive and sarcastic during the interaction. The overall experience felt unprofessional and left a very negative impression. I’ll be using online shipping services, USPS or UPS instead.
