  I read a previous review stating unenthusiastic staff. Well that was the case even on the first time I tried to ship out a package that I was told it would cost me $54.00 when I clearly stated it was a return with the label I presented. Long story short I went back to ship out the same package and the lady ( no name due to badge covered) but had curly hair with glasses had a not so pleasant attitude as if she’s not wanting to deal with people.

  I use the Fedex " high end " productivity Copier machine for most to all my printing needs , whether black and white or full color copies !!...they also have very good shipping services for all your parcels,cartons,and crates of things to ship out !

  Customer service is horrible took forever to get to talk to someone and then I have to pay $ 3 to print my shipping tag that customer paid for shipping.
