  The customer service representative at this UPS store. It was very polite and courteous even though it was a Sunday and she was a little bit busy, She was Still in a good mood as I had an Amazon return. And it wasn't exactly correct, but she was still very professional. In assisting me. This is the first time I've been in this store. But it will not be the last

  Kenny, with the UPS Store in Copperas Cove, did a wonderful job. Very helpful and a very positive person. I appreciate him working on our delivery and taking care of us.

  Kenny, he was extremely helpful and patient with my needs. We printed at least 80 pages over the time span of two hours as well as faxing and shipping. He was outstanding overall. I hope anyone that goes in there gets to work with Kenny. Thank you so much 😊

  Very rude!! No customer service at all. Employees need more training in customer service. No help and very rude! Did not even want to help us! Time to find a new place to return for amazon!
