  The kiosk is frequently out of labels and hasn’t been refilled, and it is often unavailable for QR code scans. The drop box is also sometimes locked at times when I’m trying to drop off packages. I understand that employees may get frustrated when customers have multiple packages to scan at the counter, but when the self-service kiosk is out of service and the drop box is locked, the counter is the only option. Please keep the kiosk stocked with labels and functioning properly and ensure the drop box is consistently accessible. These issues would make the mailing process much easier for both customers and employees.

  ⚠️ BEWARE OF MAIL THEFT FROM THE OUTSIDE BLUE MAILBOXES! Please be careful using the blue drop-off mailboxes outside this post office. We dropped off a check here that never made it to the intended recipient. Instead, the check was stolen, the payee information was altered, and it was fraudulently deposited. The incident has since been reported to law enforcement and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. To be clear, this is not directed at the postal workers inside. My concern is specifically with the security of the outside collection boxes. USPS, please remove these outside boxes or replace them with something more secure. The convenience simply isn’t worth the risk if thieves are able to access people’s mail. Until something changes, I strongly recommend taking checks or anything sensitive inside and handing it directly to a postal employee.

  I have visited this location several times and always have the same experience. This location has the worst public service. Zero effort from the lady at the main counter or the lady at the window where you pick up mail and they even speak to you as if you are bothering them. I understand everyone has long difficult days but if you cannot work in customer/public service or even make a bit of an effort then maybe you should leave the job for someone who actually puts some effort and wants the job.
