I was feeling really down that day because my cat just died. And Akshaan told me he felt Binky’s spirit with me. That brought a profound sense of peace to what was otherwise a very tumultuous day. The return was actually cat treats that I bought for Binky and Akshaan also helped me navigate safely packaging what was considered food items. I’d recommend his expertise at this particular store.
