  This is the worst shipper I have ever dealt with. They were very rude and unprofessional. They didn’t load my truck and kept me waiting for 6 hours. They have no respect for drivers’ time. I do not recommend doing business with them.

  Refuses to actually deliver my package. I have reached out to them and Sams club and never heard back. Repeatedly received notifications item was scheduled for delivery, even received texts from delivery guys saying the would come June 19th and then canceled saying item wasn't scanned in and would be delivered the next day. Again got a text saying it was coming. It is now July 1st and I still do not have my package that was supposed to be here before fathers day.

  These people here are so lazy and purposely slow! They only work efficiently where their manager is in. They are always behind! Me and my husband comes here at least twice a week and it’s never a good experience! Then today they decided to have a meeting in the middle of the work day. Like that makes any sense. Any correctly run facility knows meetings should be held before or after each shift. There shouldn’t have to be someone watching over or walking in the room for the works to get to moving like they should! This is ridiculous. Someone should really watch the cameras and see the difference of the works when the boss is there and when he isn’t! Anyways this place is a zero out of five. Do better!

  than an hour before the delivery timeslot. Rude over the phone. Basically blocked my driveway from one hour before the delivery time slot, made multiple calls more than an hour before delivery time slot to let us know they were outside our door (blocking our driveway), and the driver was annoyed that I was not able to allow them to deliver more than an hour before the appointed timeslot. The truck is a generic white truck with no markings or signs to say what it is. They did not get me to sign off on the delivery slip, and did not provide me a copy of it. He entered the delivery time as 9 AM on the delivery slip, but they delivered it at 8:30 and had been outside my door since 7:45 blocking my driveway. One of them even threatened me over the phone saying he will leave if I’m not going to allow him to deliver. This was a Costco order. I would never order again
