Repeatedly received notifications item was scheduled for delivery, even received texts from delivery guys saying the would come June 19th and then canceled saying item wasn't scanned in and would be delivered the next day. Again got a text saying it was coming. It is now July 1st and I still do not have my package that was supposed to be here before fathers day.

Can you ship my specific item (i.e., what cargo types does AIT NOT accept)?
AIT’s logistics professionals are experienced with shipping all types of cargo, from temperature-controlled items such as food and pharmaceuticals to oversized and heavy freight to hazardous materials, including batteries, chemicals, and nuclear waste. Can I drop off an item for return at your facility?
No. AIT facilities are not consumer parcel drop-off locations. Please contact your seller/shipper to arrange for returns.
