    This location does not have the self service kiosk to just scan your prepackaged item and drop it off. The lady was unpleasant. Questioned packaging skills, items in them, poking and proding them. If your a reseller of items I wouldnt waste your time at this FedEx.

    Rachael was super amazing and helped me with my work equipment that I needed to return. She was very sweet and helpful and I wanted to bring some recognition to that. Nice people are hard to come by now.
