ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS PLACE SINCE JANUARY 2026 AND I AM STILL NOT GETTING MY MAIL! I have done a change of address 3 to 4 times and they still keep screwing it up and there’s only one person that has access to the computer to help with that and nobody else does. So if that person isn’t there, nobody can help you which is the dumbest thing everybody should have access so it’s not just one person. Nobody knows how to do their job. They miss handle my paperwork I turn in every single time and there’s always humongous wait lines and there’s no sense of urgency and nobody cares about their job. Otherwise, I probably wouldn’t be dealing with this. ANYBODY THAT MOVES TO CONROE I FEEL SORRY IN ADVANCE THAT HAS TO DEAL WITH THIS PLACE! GOOD LUCK!

Aside from the rather extraordinary amount of Third World energy this particular building manages to exude, one might reasonably expect that, when attempting to avoid a 40-minute wait for the most rudimentary of postal transactions, the one kiosk in the lobby—apparently preserved as something of a historical artefact—might actually permit one to perform the astonishingly radical task of shipping a package. Sadly, that would appear to be expecting rather a lot. Frankly, the decrepit state of this particular branch is embarrassing, particularly for a city of this size. If USPS cannot quite stretch to the expense of a full renovation—and one hesitates to ask for anything so extravagant—perhaps the bare minimum could be managed: install another kiosk, preferably one that functions more than 30% of the time. It really ought not be considered an unreasonable expectation that a post office facilitate, rather than actively obstruct, the posting of post.

I have had several missing packages in the past few months. They leave them in parcel boxes with broken locks - guess they don’t care if things are stolen. I went down last time and miraculously it showed up the next day. I once again have a missing package and the key left doesn’t work in any of the “non-broken” boxes and the others are empty. I’m guessing it was stolen. Now I have to drive an hour round trip to file another claim on my day off because while they have a local number NO ONE EVER answers. Horrible service !

It is like they ask on the application "Are you willing to help customers and utilize basic common sense?" And if you answer yes, they toss your application out. Without a million details. I was told essentially that I could follow all their protocols for hold mail and mail delivery and still it would a random chance whether I actually received my mail. Oh and the mail was "probably" there but the man who goes to get held mail wasn't there so I had to come back. But I had to come back at 8 am. But it might not be here. But maybe it is. Good luck.
