  I wanted to leave a review because this UPS Store really helped me out this week. I returned a clothing rental package and the tracking number never updated, so I was convinced the package had been lost. I went back to the store pretty frazzled trying to figure out what happened, and the owner was incredibly kind and reassuring. He took the time to help me look into it and assured me the package would either be scanned or returned to me. He ended up being absolutely right because the package did make its way back to me, and it turned out the issue was completely my own error. Beyond this situation, I use this location often for Amazon returns and international shipments, and they are always prompt, professional, and genuinely kind. Really appreciate the customer service here.

  Michael provided excellent service and this location is consistently a pleasant place to come for Amazon returns or any ups/shipping/printing needs.

  It’s sad on a Saturday morning when there’s a long long line 10 minutes past opening and no one inside! Come on.

  My most recent visit was friendly and seamless. The gentleman behind the counter (I wish I remembered his name but it was around 6PM 3/13/26) was very efficient and friendly and the UPS truck driver waited for everything to finish up so he could take my package with him immediately.

  I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. The team consistently goes above and beyond with every package I mail or Amazon return I bring in. They’re incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite, and they handle every request with care and efficiency. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and dependable. I’m grateful to have them as my go‑to location!
