  Lani and Maxine (I believe that was their names) were great and very helpful. Some of these google reviews are crazy, but you gotta read between the lines. Like the dude saying the owner chased him out of the store? C'mon man, be so serious with me rn. I guarantee that guy was throwing a fit and cussing at these folks who are just doing their jobs, if someone came to my shop doing that I'd chase him out the door too! And y'all people need to understand that the employees don't set the prices, so why would you leave negative reviews about price?! You're only hurting the employees by doing that. You're not gonna get the corporation to lower prices by leaving a bad review about the store, all you're gonna do is ruin the employees' day. This visit was phenomenal and these folks are great! 100% do recommend!

  Even though this UPS store is significantly further, I experienced way better customer service than the location on Loop 336 W. Fast and friendly – that’s not too much to ask.

  I want to share how extremely disappointed I am with the lack of professionalism with this location. My husband brought in a Dyson vacuum that had been delivered to us by mistake along with a printed shipping label to return to Dyson. There were two very small strips of clear tape that we had to remove in order to open the box. This was only done in order to provide Dyson a serial number on the product that was being shipped back. Removing the tape did not interfere with the box being 100% properly closed, but was placed as an extra precaution. The gentleman accepting the box told my husband that he needed to tape the box up next time and tape the label on it before bringing it in to ship —but as a courtesy, he would tape it at no charge. The issue was not about the tape or the possible charge (that we would have gladly paid). The issue was about the tone and rudeness shown. We understand that this is a place of business. If this is your policy, we understand. However, I refuse to do business with someone who lacks professional conversation during interactions. Body language, tone, etc are all important when conducting business. There needs to be some quality improvement on customer service or you will end up losing more customers. Please do better.
