This is my go to UPS location. I ship from here often. Never have had a bad experience, though once had an employee try to charge me $35 to ship very small lightweight envelope, but luckily another more seasoned employee stepped in and told him to sell me a stamp instead which was much more affordable. Everyone needs a little help sometimes. Thank you

I have never had a bad experience at this location until today. I came in to return three separate items, and from the moment I approached the counter, the employee, Jasmine, did not acknowledge me or greet me. Instead, she immediately grabbed her scanner and began processing items without allowing me to explain the reason for my visit.
From the start, her attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant. I understand that working with customers all day can be stressful, but I was polite and respectful throughout the interaction.
The issue arose when she refused to scan my third item. I had clearly stated from the beginning that I was returning three items, but she had only scanned two. When I pointed this out, she told me that I didn’t know how to count. I calmly explained again that I had three items and asked her to scan the last one. At that point, she looked at me as if I was the one causing confusion, despite me having clearly communicated the number of items I was returning.
The entire interaction was embarrassing and made me feel disrespected in front of other customers. There was also an older employee with red hair and another employee wearing glasses who witnessed the interaction, yet neither stepped in to address the situation.
This experience was extremely disappointing. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and no one should be made to feel belittled while completing a simple return. I hope UPS addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training to ensure future customers are treated professionally and courteously.
As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

We’ve always done business here with our business probably once a week maybe more than that everyone’s usually so nice. I pop in on a Saturday to buy a box that’s the smallest one they have. I already have my shipping paid for and she wants to charge me $10 and I asked her why he said because she has to pack it and I don’t need packing and she’s like ma’am we’re busy I mean it’s not my fault that you’re short staff. She’s real sassy she has red hair and some blue glasses acts like she’s the manager the guy before me had some questions she couldn’t answer and she’s like well. I don’t know and she has this attitude do better UPS because she’s not where it’s at we left and we will not be doing So she’s not only lost my business she lost our businesses business and his business and then she talked about the customer after he left to another customer no professional professionalism at all
