  We’ve always done business here with our business probably once a week maybe more than that everyone’s usually so nice. I pop in on a Saturday to buy a box that’s the smallest one they have. I already have my shipping paid for and she wants to charge me $10 and I asked her why he said because she has to pack it and I don’t need packing and she’s like ma’am we’re busy I mean it’s not my fault that you’re short staff. She’s real sassy she has red hair and some blue glasses acts like she’s the manager the guy before me had some questions she couldn’t answer and she’s like well. I don’t know and she has this attitude do better UPS because she’s not where it’s at we left and we will not be doing So she’s not only lost my business she lost our businesses business and his business and then she talked about the customer after he left to another customer no professional professionalism at all

  I use this UPS for all my shipping needs. They are professional, friendly staff and handle my fragile shipments with care. I ship mostly glass items, so having a place to drop off my shipments and feel they will be handled & delivered safely is important for my growing business. Thanks UPS on Frazier !

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store thanks to Lauren. She handled my mailing quickly and professionally while simultaneously answering questions from her coworkers without missing a beat. Even while multitasking, she stayed calm, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. It’s clear she knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work. Employees like Lauren are a big reason people choose to come back. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for the excellent service she provides.

  Lauren did such an amazing job. She thoroughly assisted me in mailing my paperwork and carefully double-checked everything to ensure it was sent accurately. Despite working alone with a long line of customers, Lauren was quick, efficient, and professional. In fact, she went above and beyond to ensure my documents were delivered and returned correctly.
