  Great customer service! They helped me safely package my laptop and, more importantly, explained some battery-shipping requirements that I would not have known about. This location is a little tucked away, but I’m so glad I found it! The FedEx locations inside Walgreens and similar stores cannot accept laptops. Search for a Shipping Center, not just FedEx. I learned that the hard way! 😅 Also, this is the additional label you need when shipping a laptop (see pic). You can simply copy my pic, print it in color, and enclose it inside your shipping envelope or box. No need to buy the labels online! 😉 Hope this helps someone else avoid the hassle I went through!

  I have had nothing but problems with Fedex. They don’t bring my packages to the house. They leave them out by the curb where my gate is located. I’ve called multiple times and talked to customer service and they don’t listen and then sometimes they’re supposed to bring my package on a certain day and they don’t bring it like today. They were supposed to bring my package and I guess the guy was too lazy to look for the address because he sent it back with the note saying the address was wrong. When I called and confirm the address, the lady said it was correct and she said it would be delivered today. She lied to me. Now they are saying tomorrow so my package is a day late and I needed it for tomorrow morning. These people they’re hiring are useless and I’m sick of it. Can’t you hire competent people to do a job? When I was in the workforce I had to be competent or they would have fired me. If you can avoid Fedex please do, I will. Totally useless.
