  They have been delivering my packages to the incorrect addresses for a year now. I’ve been on the phone with them for hours. Even visited the store to try to get this fixed. They just don’t care. Driver just hauls butt through our neighborhood blaring music. It’s just a big party for the driver. Throw the packages out wherever he wants. FedEx has gotten worse than usps. I try to avoid at all cost.

  The lady at the front counter was great. She helped me get my item shipped. Gave me a card to their commercial guy to create an account for my new business. She gave me quotes for other shipments. She was very patient with me

  paid for overnight delivery on Wednesday 6/17/26. Thursday comes, no delivery. Friday comes they tried to deliver at 6:22 pm (even though it said by 5 pm) we are closed by 5 pm. Said it was out for delivery today. Not even a hour ago the driver marks it as business closed and takes a picture of our open gate with an open shop door. To take the picture from that angle the office door is about 5 feet to his right. I've been here all day, pizza was delivered 10 minutes before and I have the receipt to prove it. Fedex has the WORST customer service. Called friday made sure everything was ok they said they were calling the center it came from directly. Save your time and frustration and go to UPS like we are.

  Absolutely horrible. Drivers don’t follow delivery instructions and customer service is of no help at all. All they have to offer are apologies and zero solutions. Complete waste of time. My wife had to basically sit and wait all day for a package because they attempted to deliver twice and didn’t call myself or my wife as instructed on the delivery instructions. When I contacted customer service, to say they did zero would be to somehow inflate the quality they offered.
