  I was trying to ship a small package to my best friend in Italy but next week and I'm not sure if the paperwork was done incorrectly or what, but after spending $266.42, now there is a Vat tax of $35.87. There should not even be a fee, this is $302.29 just for the sake of sending a friend a gift that I feel I'm being punished for at this point. My takeaway from this is definitely don't send anything to Europe from the US if you can help it even through FedEx. Now let's revisit, Wednesday, September 9th at 12:26 p.m. where I felt like I was being badgered by the young lady at the register about what was inside of my package. I understand that they need to ask to make sure That we're not sending batteries or firearms, but being asked more than once was extremely rude! I was also on my lunch break during my work hours because that was the quickest and easiest time I could go at the time. I also get that cost have gone up but feel like I was basically robbed for trying to send something to a good friend of mine that she now has to pay for and her country because of possible errors with paperwork and processing. It is possible the young lady was probably just not wanting to get in trouble, but I don't feel like it should cost almost $300 to ship something just because it's through FedEx. I get that there's things by weight. I mean that's the fundamentals of shipping and receiving 101. But this is just absolutely insane, inexpensive as hell!

  Very expensive. I brought a small package in just because this store was closer and they wanted almost double what the post office charges. I also had a few things to scan to PDF that you have to do yourself and they wanted $25. Crazy

  I had to stop by at the last minute to print some invoices, and Matthew was incredibly helpful. He was professional, patient, and took the time to explain the entire printing process so I knew exactly what to do. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient.
