- JHJess HillAug 24, 20171.0While visiting family I wanted to send items back to St. Louis so I didn't have to fly back with it. I recycled 2 boxes that came from a mechanic. While there were NO hazardous materials Lela and her "manager" refused to ship for me. The lack of training for this staff is astonishing. I even offerred to open the boxes that had games, puzzles and 2 ice cream makers and of course sign for the validity of no hazardous materials as everyone signs for their shipments. It would be nice if these women had some training and education on proper shipping and customer service ettiquette. I am printing shipping at my families home and using UPS.
