  I had a great experience working with First American Title and Glenda on a recent real estate transaction. This was my first time closing with this Title company and they did a great job! The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently, with timely communication and clear updates from contract to closing. Glenda was responsive, organized, and always available to answer questions. Everything stayed on track for a smooth and successful closing. I look forward to working with them again!

  Yes, our closing was at 5:00 on a Friday! However, Brandy had abundant energy and treated my clients like it could have been her first closing of the day. She also did not rush them in their signing. Glenda was also still filled with hospitality and kindness, sharing snacks, offering to take photos, showering us with confetti and champagne toasts. Even with it being the end of their day, these ladies treated my clients with the kind of celebration they deserved a first time homebuyers. Brandy did an excellent job of preparing our file to perfection.

  I WAS LEFT TO COMPLETE A CLOSING BY MYSELF. NOW AM SURE I PAID THE TITLE CO. A COMPENSION. ALL MY THINGS ARE IN STORAGE HOW DID THEY EXPECTED ME TO COMPLETE. NEED COMPUTE W/CAMERA AND i WAS GIVEN TO MIDNIGHT TO COMPLETE.
