  The buyer had a few conditions that needed to be satisfied before the lender and title company could balance everything for closing. Needless to say, Tammy stayed up late to get everything taken care of so we could still close at 9:00 AM the next morning. I told her, “That’s exactly why I love using First American.” My closer, Jill Basher, has done the same thing—going the extra mile to keep a closing on schedule. I guess it doesn’t matter which First American Title office you use—their team consistently goes above and beyond to help make the closing process as smooth as possible.

  I had a great experience working with First American Title and Glenda on a recent real estate transaction. This was my first time closing with this Title company and they did a great job! The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently, with timely communication and clear updates from contract to closing. Glenda was responsive, organized, and always available to answer questions. Everything stayed on track for a smooth and successful closing. I look forward to working with them again!

  Yes, our closing was at 5:00 on a Friday! However, Brandy had abundant energy and treated my clients like it could have been her first closing of the day. She also did not rush them in their signing. Glenda was also still filled with hospitality and kindness, sharing snacks, offering to take photos, showering us with confetti and champagne toasts. Even with it being the end of their day, these ladies treated my clients with the kind of celebration they deserved a first time homebuyers. Brandy did an excellent job of preparing our file to perfection.

  UPDATE: They did it again!! Almost 2 years later and I was able to team up with First American Title in Colleyville again. This time Glenda Gardner was the super woman leading the way. Glenda and team took such incredible care of everyone involved. Both agents, the clients, and my team were thoroughly impressed by how professional and communicative Glenda & team were. Another amazing experience. Thanks Glenda!! I have been a mortgage lender in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for almost 20 years and recently had the opportunity to work with Tammy and her team at First American Title in Colleyville.
