- KMKristi Mann3 days ago1.0So according to the hours Sunday, they are open 10 to 3. Today is Monday. I called to make sure they were open because yesterday when I showed up at 12:30 they were closed. The doors were locked. All the lights were turned off. I was not the only person that saw this another lady pulled up at the same time. So today when I called I just verified they were open and then they would be open till 630 and I told the man that you weren’t open yesterday when I went there and he proceeded to argue with me and acted like I was lying.
- JVJeanine VonrydingsvardSep 21, 20265.0Shout out to Jonas for going beyond what was expected and helping me out. I showed up with the wrong scan number not realizing I needed to print a label out. He told me he could print it out there instead of driving 40 minutes back home to do so. He was patient and kind the entire time. I had visited a UPS store on Davis in Conroe a few months ago and was treated very rudely. Thanks again to Jonas

The bespectacled gentleman that handled my return was condescending and spoke to me as if he perceived me to be of inferior intelligence when I didn’t understand his very broken English the first time he explained something. I likely won’t be returning, the customer service here is nonexistent. If you want to be treated like an actual human being deserving of some modicum of respect, go elsewhere. I’d drive out of my way to avoid interactions like these. Also, if you invite someone to discuss their experience via email, and that person emails you, shouldn’t you respond? I feel like your request for an email was for show and you don’t genuinely care about your customers’ experience. It’s just optics at this point.
