  Usually I give my account number to the Fed Ex employees and my information pre populates. Every other employee I have dealt with at several locations has been able to enter my information into the computer, which automatically pulls up and pre populates my account information.However, Holly and Allie refused to learn or use the computer system to look up my account. Holly stated that the other employees are memorizing the recipient name and address and the computer is not pre populating anything. When I expressed my frustration, Holly told me that if I was unhappy with her service, I should go to another location. Rather than attempting to assist me or find a solution, she essentially dismissed me. Holly even stated that other employees simply knew how to use the computer better than she did. I find this unacceptable. Customers should not be expected to go to another location because an employee is unwilling to use the available system or learn how to access an account. I then asked to speak with a manager. Holly gave me the number for a manager named Matt. However, when I called the number, it rang back to Holly. She hung up on me more than once and stated that Matt was not there and that there was no other manager besides her. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect employees to make a reasonable effort to assist customers, especially when other employees are able to perform the same task without difficulty. Being told to simply go somewhere else, refusing to use the computer system, and then being hung up on when I attempted to escalate the issue is unacceptable customer service. I am requesting that this interaction be reviewed by management and that the appropriate steps be taken to address this behavior. Customers should be treated with respect and should not be dismissed simply because an employee does not want to learn or use the tools available to assist them. This was a horrible customer service experience, and I hope management takes this complaint seriously.

  A big shout out to Drake who helped me track down my daughters backpack that we have been waiting for for about a week. I'm so thankful and grateful that he was able to find it. Thank you again so much Drake and keep up the great work 😊
