None of them have ever had a good attitude and constantly go out of their way to make things difficult for everybody that goes in there. I’ve never seen anybody before me in line or after me in line come in and have a productive interaction with their staff. Fire them all and hire people who care about other people, please.
- BHbrenn hMay 5, 20261.0Ive tried to mail out a package twice and both times the man at the counter was a smart ass and said that he couldnt mail my package because it didnt have a label or tape. Both of which they are required to have at the counter and both of which they should be using to secure and label your packages. EVERY POST OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO WILL MAIL YOUR PACKAGES OUT AND PRINT THE LABEL AT THE COUNTER except for this one....ill be filing a complaint with the post master General of the area.

Tried to file a research request online only to get the system is down. So now I sit on hold for 34 mins. I guess the entire snail mail system is broke. Court house really should take email copies because we can’t trust your local mail service in Coldsprings Texas
