I was honestly really skeptical about coming to this post office because of the low ratings, but my experience was completely the opposite. I came in for passport papers, and the lady who helped me went absolutely above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made sure everything was filled out perfectly. On top of that, the service was super fast. Exceptional customer service!

If the package doesn't fit in the mailbox, don't expect the mail carrier to deliver it. Even if your house is literally two houses down from the mailbox. This is ridiculous.
