The previous reviews are true. What an unpleasant experience it was. The staff really should get a reality check and understand what customer service is.

There was a man here who just kept cutting me off and not letting me ask questions about a form needed to send something abroad. Just kept saying nope you don’t need that nope. I was asking about a box you check if something isn’t delivered do you want it to stay in that country or get returned. Since we were mailing a passport it’s pretty important I check that it be returned. Mansplained the mail.

Nearly every employee at this location is rude and talks to you like you're beneath them. I witnessed 4 Hispanic people trying to obtain keys to the mailboxes in their subdivisions (Terrenos Houston/Plum Grove area). The way they were treated was awful. There was a clear language barrier, but there was no need for the employees to treat them so poorly. There's a difference between enjoying what you do for a living and hating what you do. It appears that most employees there only do it for a paycheck because their service skills are seriously lacking. They need to be trained better.

I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. As a new customer who drove from Houston, I was required to make multiple trips because I was told I needed additional documents. There was no assistance available to print or download the documents I needed, which caused significant inconvenience and wasted over two hours of my time. When I finally returned with all the requested paperwork, the employee assisting me appeared to be laughing while processing my information, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The process was not explained clearly, and I was left confused about several important steps. I believe all customers should be treated with professionalism, respect, and courtesy regardless of their background. My experience left me feeling unwelcome and discriminated against. I hope management reviews this situation and provides additional customer service and professionalism training to staff so that future customers receive better treatment.
