The Postmaster in Cibolo is the worst! She has no business in a leadership position. We are going on 6 months with no mail delivered to a commercial property with 15,000 sqft of leased space. A total of 12 businesses are not receiving mail because this Postmaster is incompetent.

My wife and I visited the Cibolo Post Office today 10 July 2026 @in or around 8: 45 to 9 and unfortunately, our interaction with the female supervisor was extremely disappointing and concerning.
When my wife approached the counter, the postal employee noticed that the package had two copies of the same shipping label. Because of our printer settings, two labels sometimes print, and we use both because occasionally the first barcode does not scan properly. Rather than making an assumption, the employee appropriately asked the supervisor for guidance.
The concern was not that the supervisor explained that only one shipping label should be placed on the package. We understand that postal procedures must be followed and would have had no issue correcting the label. The concern was the manner in which the supervisor addressed my wife. She came out speaking loudly and aggressively, repeatedly stating that there could only be one label. Her approach felt unnecessarily confrontational, demeaning, and completely inconsistent with the professionalism and respectful customer service expected from someone in a supervisory position.
A supervisor should be capable of explaining a policy clearly and respectfully without making a customer feel embarrassed or belittled. A simple statement such as, “For future reference, only one label should be placed on the package,” would have resolved the matter immediately. Instead, the tone and delivery turned a minor and easily corrected issue into an unpleasant customer experience.
Leadership sets the tone for the entire workplace. Based on this interaction, along with the overall behavior and customer-service approach we observed among staff, there appear to be broader concerns regarding the workplace culture and customer relations at this location. Unfortunately, when a supervisor demonstrates this type of behavior, it becomes difficult to expect employees to consistently provide a higher standard of service.
We respectfully request that upper management review this concern and address the importance of professionalism, respectful communication, customer-service training, and appropriate supervisory conduct at the Cibolo Post Office. Customers should be corrected respectfully when necessary—not spoken to aggressively or made to feel demeaned over a simple issue that could have been resolved through a calm and courteous explanation.

Great service! I mailed a fly rod/reel to Maine, trying to deliver it to my nephew. I tracked it and it went back and forth from New York to New Jersey. I put in a request for help and Jerry contacted me the next morning. He let me know it was tracked down and told me if it wasn't delivered within a day or two to call him back. It was delivered the next day. This is the second time we've requested help and received fast, great service. Thanks!

Had to drop off a package to ship out via USPS. I went to the Cibolo, TX branch. No line. I was in and out very quick. The guy at the counter was very engaging, inquired about my day, and assisted me with my package shipment. Very friendly and customer service atmosphere.
