- JMJustin MathenySep 18, 20261.0Repeated issues with birthday and graduation cards never making it, can’t seem to get them to close the mailbox when placing mail inside. They regularly leave my whole street boxes open. They leave me petty notes that they can’t deliver the mail on trash day due to trash cans on the street that don’t really block the mailbox, or prevent them from placing a note inside and not the mailbox! I went to see the postmaster but it’s not made much change.

Clearly there is lack of communication at that place. “Manager” or whatever she is gave me a completely nasty attitude when i asked if they could get my mail since i forgot my key. Knowing ive had a po box at that location for the last 10 years. Disgusting, on top of that there is mail always missing. Seriously EVERYTIME! postal inspectors will be hearing from me to get things under control.
