Sushi in particular is amazing. She’s always so friendly, efficient, and willing to help. She makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!

    From start to finish, best experience every single time. Printing and coping, Amazon returns, to giving people a level of customer service you rarely find. Andy and Every single team member provides a personal experience in every interaction. From remembering people’s names to coming over and shaking hands, everyone does their absolute best to ensure your needs are not just met, but exceeded. Rare to have genuine good customer service by pleasant people who still make you believe there is good ol fashioned customer service and pride in how you take care of others. Absolute best! Knocked out legal docs and notary, mailing and watched as they provided the exact same great experience to person after person.

    I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store location. The team is always so welcoming and incredibly efficient, even when they’re busy. I frequently use their printing services and am always impressed by both the speed and the attention to detail—the prints come out clear and accurate every time. It’s always a smooth experience coming here!

    Charged me over $60 to overnight something and it says wont arrive for 3 days. When I called for a refund I was told all they can do is wait until it arrives then mail me a check but dont even know for how much. She also said they are not UPS they just use the UPS name they are 3rd party. Just go directly thru UPS! Save yourself the trouble.
