  I closed my box out. They were always disorganized about where my packages were. Then they never were up to date with my payments. They would not update the book and then say you are all these dates behind. I called on the due date to make the payment last month the man said we are busy Ill call you back as usual he doesn't now im forced to pay a late fee. I didnt feel like arguing so I paid it but this place is unorganized and it began to feel like corporate bullying. The employees would be like ya you are late etc etc all at once to me then we would go through my bank statement and I wasnt they just hadnt updated the book. I would recommend a different location.

  I am handicapped, and sometimes in this heat it is difficult to get to the UPS store. My attorney needed a notarized document today, so I called the store and was very surprised when they said they could receive my document over email and notarize it, as they know me from previous trips to their store. That is quality customer service.... thank you for that!!!

  I had an excellent experience with Ian at The UPS Store. He was incredibly friendly, organized, efficient, and professional. What impressed me the most was his attitude and patience. My mailing request was a little complicated and took quite a bit of time. Even when the store started getting busy and more customers were lining up behind me, Ian remained extremely nice and patient. He even reassured me not to feel pressured and took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly. Ian is honestly one of the best UPS staff members I’ve ever dealt with. His customer service was outstanding. Thank you, Ian, for making a complicated process so easy and stress-free! Highly recommend!

  This is long over due! Found the receipt when doing my expenses…. Listen…. I use UPS for work constantly.. this ups is far superior than any of the maaaany I’ve been too! The staff here is incredible! Jay the manager is consistently making sure his staff is enjoying their job and engaging the customers. No matter how long the line gets these guys and gals knock it out fast!!! They are the very best simply put!
