  After waiting in line for a very long time, and we’ were assisted by a rude balled-headed gentleman named Jack who told us that our packages were not qualified to be mailed due to us putting a wht piece of paper to cover a previous label. Although we did scrape all the other shipping labels, He said that it’s still not acceptable and sent us on our way instead of trying to help us alleviate the issue. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and belittled me and my 83 year old Mom. We will never come back to this post office. This man should definitely not be in customer service if this is the way he treats people. SHAME ON YOU Mr. Jack. It saddens me to know my Mom has frequently been treated like this by you for over a year. Ps. Thank you to the sweet woman (Clerk #12), who helped us after we left and returned with changes made to our pkgs demanded by the rude man named Jack.

  Crooks they forced me to buy tape and retape my package and it was taped really well WITH DUCK-TAPE and clearly the guy it can tear if the box breaks CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS JUST LIKE UNCLE SAM

  We are having road work done on our street and our regular delivery person stated she couldn't make it down our street to deliver mail today. Normally that wouldn't be a problem except I had ordered plants to be shipped with a guarantee of 3 day delivery. Live plants in Texas heat sitting at the post office waiting to be delivered no a good idea. I called as soon as I got home and Crystal answer the phone. I explained the situation to her, she was super helpful and understanding of my dilemma. She put me on a brief hold, located my package and sent someone to my house within 15 minutes of our conversation! Thank goodness as one of the plants was already showing distress from the heat/shipping. Thank you Crystal and CP post office for providing excellent customer service!

  I see why this office had such bad reviews. Do not come to this location. The attendants are lazy. He wouldn’t weight my packages and scan them in and he wouldn’t let me print a label bc I had a quarter inch of an old label (no barcode just the white part) which would be covered by the new label. Ridiculous waste of my time waiting in line. Go to another office.

  This is by far the worst post office I've ever visited. My experience happened on July 29, 2026, at approximately 2:25 PM. The white male employee at the counter was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. I went there simply to drop off a package. He immediately started telling me I had to remove "old labels" from my box, even though there were no old shipping labels on it. Then he insisted I had to buy and use a brand-new USPS box for absolutely no valid reason. It felt like he was looking for excuses to refuse my package instead of doing his job. The way he spoke to me was disrespectful, and I left feeling like I was being treated differently from everyone else. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. To prove the issue wasn't my package, I drove straight to another post office with the exact same box. The employee there greeted me with a smile, accepted the package immediately, and the entire transaction took less than a minute. No complaints about labels. No demand for a new box. No attitude. That clearly showed the problem wasn't my package—it was the employee at this location. If you value being treated with basic respect, avoid this post office. USPS seriously needs to address the behavior of this employee because no customer should have to deal with this level of hostility and unprofessionalism. Employees like this damage the reputation of the entire Postal Service.
