- AZAli Zubayar4 days ago1.0Never had any bad experience at any USPS store in the entire USA except this one due to an extremely unprofessional and rude front lady named Amy. For the simple COA she did not accept my proof of photo ID as my PASSPORT and continuously asking for other proof of address not the new one rather all my old address documents! I was completely shocked that she was showing her frustration on me for the unreasonable demand and eventually didn't confirm the COA that I requested for. Rather she messed up the address and ultimately have to redo my COA again. Such a horrible customer service !!
