  I had a fantastic experience working with Rebecca, one of the lead associates on the team. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, took the time to really understand what I needed, and guided me to the best solution. All with a genuine smile and great attitude. That kind of service doesn't go unnoticed. Rebecca is a real asset to the team!

  I want to recognize Tyrese for providing truly outstanding customer service when I had a problem with a delivery and understanding the delivery situation. He first helped me over the phone with the delivery and tracking issue, offering clear guidance and reassurance. When I came into the store, he was just as exceptional in person. Tyrese efficiently gathered my information, thoroughly researched my package, and clearly explained the delivery process so I understood exactly where my package went and when it was delivered. He also helped me with a new shipment, making the process quick and seamless and ensuring it would be shipped out for tomorrow. What impressed me most was his demeanor. Tyrese was compassionate, kind, patient, and genuinely understanding throughout the entire interaction. His intelligence, professionalism, and problem-solving skills were evident every step of the way. He has an exceptional ability to explain complex processes in a way that is easy to understand, and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. Tyrese is an outstanding representative of UPS. His expertise, efficiency, and genuine care for customers deserve recognition. Employees like him are the reason customers return and trust UPS with their shipping needs.

  I happen to stop at this location as I was on this side of town. What a happy change. These ladies were so friendly and helpful!!! Amazon doesn’t make things easy on some returns, but these two ladies helped above good customer service. This location is not the closest to me, but from now on I’m willing to go the extra mile for their service. 100!

  This store has a interesting setup for Amazon returns, if you don't box it up or package it up, your told to buy a plastic envelope for the $2.99 American Dollars! I witness this with several customers & in all the times I have returned at other stores, including UPS Stores, have I never paid $2.99 for a plastic envelope! Please respond if I am looking at this ridulously! My 2 cents!

What I appreciated most was that Tyrese didn’t just give me prices—he provided his professional recommendation based on both cost and delivery time, helping me choose the best option for my needs. Thanks to his guidance, my package arrived on time and at a much better price than I expected. He made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free.
