  To the employees: If it is such an inconvenience to help a customer with a shipping or return issue, I would suggest finding different employment. As someone in the customer service industry, I am embarrassed for you. Do better.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store when I came in for a notary service. The employee assisting me told me that I needed to search online for a notary statement and write it myself before she could proceed. I have used notary services many times before and have never been asked to do this. After I spent time writing the statement, she then criticized the wording and was not helpful in explaining what was needed. Eventually, she refused to notarize my signature, claiming that a new regulation implemented earlier this year prevented her from doing so. Instead of providing a clear explanation, she handed me a business card for an independent notary and suggested I go there mentioning it’s from this store. Throughout the interaction, she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. To verify the issue, I visited another UPS Store nearby immediately afterward. The second store completed the notarization without requiring me to write any statement and handled the process professionally and efficiently. Based on my experience, the information I received at this location was inconsistent and the customer service was poor. I would not recommend this store for notary services.

  Cheyenne is awesome. Did a couple notaries with her, she made the experience easy and enjoyable !
