  Wow I should’ve gone somewhere else. I came here for convience, usually I would stop here. They guys behind the counter were complaining about customers and how everyone needs their printing done first—Which fine—but doing it infront of customers. Also the guy behind the counter with flowy hair is one of the most unfriendly dudes I’ve seen at a printing place. He charged me $3 for a single printed sheet. Everytime I’ve needed one single sheet printed the people at ATX printing and even Office Max have just given me the sheet for free. Don’t work in customer service if you’re gonna be unwelcoming.

  Placed a simple order of having a text document printed. Tried to pick up my order, and was told to come back hours later. It seems printing a text document is too much work for 2 employees to handle. Had to make 2 trips to a busy shopping center, won’t ever go through the trouble again. Would not recommend to anyone who needs a simple service provided.

  Their customer service was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind enough to assist me with a rush order during a very stressful time. Another local company left me hanging after cancelling my order for funeral programs at the last minute, but FedEx truly came through for me. They were kind, understanding, and worked quickly to help me when I was desperate to get everything completed in time. I’m extremely grateful for their help and professionalism, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!
