  Placed a simple order of having a text document printed. Tried to pick up my order, and was told to come back hours later. It seems printing a text document is too much work for 2 employees to handle. Had to make 2 trips to a busy shopping center, won’t ever go through the trouble again. Would not recommend to anyone who needs a simple service provided.

  Their customer service was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind enough to assist me with a rush order during a very stressful time. Another local company left me hanging after cancelling my order for funeral programs at the last minute, but FedEx truly came through for me. They were kind, understanding, and worked quickly to help me when I was desperate to get everything completed in time. I’m extremely grateful for their help and professionalism, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

  I've used this Cedar Park store for years in all of my printing needs. I am self employed and their quality and on time commitments is greatly appreciated

  Bad experience last Friday when trying to ship a package. The attitude from their assistant manager, N, was rude and it felt like they are doing a charity -when I was paying $1000+ to FedEx.

  I was told before hand to get insurance but didnt understand why until now. I sent off 3 cards to get graded to TAG and they never made it to tag smdh. First and last time i use fedex to send my cards in. Update: fedex is not refunding me the value of my cards. If anybody is reading this, stay far away from fedex they do not care about the customer and if they lose your package 1. They are going to give you the run around, And 2. Dont expect to get compensated if they do lose your package. I just now notice how low of rating each fedex has. Im out $10,000 so you can understand my frustration with this company. Save your money and valuables people.
