Today I walked in to drop off 2 returns and I was helped by Mrs.Yolonda who was amazing, the reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because when I walked in, there were 4 employees just having a conversation amongst themselves they all looked at me when I walked in yet not one jumped in to help. Yolanda was busy working on something and she immediately stopped what she was doing to assist me. While assisting me a line started forming and these employees continued to chit chat instead of helping. Yolanda was great, they need better employees who are just as willing to help as she is.
