    My experience here on 2/9/26 was by far the worst experiences I’ve never had at a post office. I came in with an appointment and the front desk lady Gloria was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her customer service made me never want to stop here again. She completely dismissed my mother and I. She made it impossible to fill out paperwork because she put a “time limit” due to her having a long line of people. It was such an inconvenience because I went into the Richland location and my experience was completely different from here. They took their time to help me out and answer all of my questions. I do not recommend stopping here, they need better customer service.

    Not sure what the reason is, but they are very poor at sorting mail getting mail into the Post Ofice boxes we pay for they almost cost me my health insurance by sending something back that was addressed to my Post Ofice box and telling my insure that I didn’t live there anymore when you try to talk to them about it all you get is lip service sorry doesn’t work when you’re costing people something as important as health insurance car insurance or banking information

    I’ve had no issues with service in the post office. Passports, stamps, sending a package. All great. But, getting an Amazon package that doesn’t fit in the parcel box is always a struggle. This last delivery I’m having issues with should have been here 6 days ago. Rescheduled with still no delivery. I live right across from the mailboxes. You’ve been right here 🙄 Today’s date is November 30.

    Garbage location. The sole female employee doesn't want to be there. Seemed upset she had to scan my box. The mail carrier refuses to drive 45 seconds to pick up a package, LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO. Not surprising USPS lost $9bil last year. Let them fail.

    RUDE! Everyone who works here is absolutely rude. They need a course in customer service. The manager is even worse. When I stopped by last week for some stamps he was not friendly. Today, while he was dealing with another customer, who was clearly upset about her service at the post office, he seemed to cut her off and not let her explain herself. I was there to buy stamps for my children to mail off Christmas cards, the elderly man behind the counter, rolled his eyes when I asked for other choices for stamps. Wish I could say this was a one time event but it seems to be every USPS office.
