Staff acting like I personally cursed their bloodline. Rude as hell! Need new workers asap!

I don’t come to this Carrollton post office often since it’s not the closest one to me, but on the rare occasions I do, I’ve had the pleasure of Randal assisting me. Most recently, I had to come in for a change of address after a family member passed away, and he was so lovely, positive, and welcoming. He made a stressful situation so much easier to get through. If you ever have the chance to interact with Randal at this location, you’ll see what a class act he is. Post offices need more people like him.

Learn how to be nice to people Nancy. If the customers are nicer and you are ruder, you clearly have a problem.

I am filing a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable and consistently poor service at the USPS location in Carrollton Every single time I visit this branch, the service is unreasonably slow. Today, for a simple task of a prepaid mail package, This is not an isolated incident ,this exact delay happens every time I come here. The level of inefficiency is so extreme that it appears intentional, as if staff are deliberately discouraging customers from using the service. Because of their negligence, I was made late for work. A prepaid mail should take under 2 minutes, yet your staff managed to turn it into a half-hour ordeal. This branch is poorly managed, disrespectful of customers' time, and a disgrace to USPS standards. As a paying customer, I expect basic competence and timeliness. I demand that management investigate this location immediately and take corrective action. I expect a written response addressing how you will resolve these ongoing issues

They do not deliver at all. Any time a package is being delivered by USPS, it never gets delivered to me. There are five perfectly open parcel lockers they can put my package in, but not once did they ever put my package in there. They ALWAYS leave a slip in my mailbox, making me come pick up my package. Has it ever occurred to anyone that most people can't wait 2 hours in the middle of a weekday to pick up a package? Wouldn't it make much more sense to just leave the package where it's supposed to be delivered instead of making people stand in line for two hours on a weekday? Do USPS employees get to keep packages that are not picked up because why else would you not deliver when there are five parcel lockers just wide open for you to use?
