I'm very patient and understanding, but today has me very irritated with this location. Nancy Yu is VERY rude and bad at her job. She was unwilling to ACTUALLY help and find a solution. Lady, you are the one who has access to the system and the back, not me. She told me the tracking number I gave her was wrong (it was not) the number just wasn't showing up on their system. I showed her my phone with the tracking pulled up saying it was "Ready For Pick Up on August 21" even though it was supposed to be delivered earlier today (August 21st). Sure I know, it could've been too early and the carrier wasn't back yet, but if you send me an update saying that the package is "READY FOR PICKUP" it better be there and be ready for pickup. Don't waste mine or other customers' time. She didn't seem to even care to try to understand me or to help me find a solution. She just told me to come back another day to pick it up, which isn't always an option for people including me at this time. But she scoffed at me and got offended when I asked if there was any way I could file a complaint. "Complaint?! What is there to complain about?" eventually she called the supervisor up to the front. I explained the situation and the supervisor was able to find my package, LITERALLY WITHIN A MINUTE. Thank you, Supervisor!!! Although, I didn't get to tell her my complaint. Nancy needs some retraining and an attitude adjustment. I'm way younger than her and I know basic manners and respect at work. I was very kind and never raised my voice or gave attitude during the entire interaction. This is not my first run in with Nancy, but it solidifies my opinions on her. I get your job is tiring and the world sucks, but damn lady...... I will be sending a more...formal complaint to the supervisor via email.

This post office is the worst! THE RCA ON ROUTE 15 who delivers to my address, 90% of the time delivers my mail and packages to the NEXT APARTMENT BUILDING NEXT TO ME THAT HAS AN ENTIRELY ADDRESS! It happens so much that I'm starting to think it's deliberate. Not towards me but towards his job because maybe he hates it so much. It happens so much that when I'm expecting an important package or piece of mail, I have to put my mail ON HOLD so that he doesn't take it out to the street and deliver it to someone else! I'll get mail in my box that's meant for that building and vice versa. I have had to hunt him down over at the next building and ask him to find my package because going to the physical post office is an absolute JOKE!!! The supervisors there don't seem to care and obviously this RCA is not being reprimanded because he continues to miss deliver RT 15's mail! I have a friend that lives in that apartment and he delivers her things into the wrong mailboxes too! He literally doesn't care about correctly delivering mail!

Writing this review from the parking lot of the post office. I went to pick up a package today at 4:15pm I went up to get helped by an older Asian woman and I was trying to explain my situation to the her and she refused to help me, raised her voice and treated in an unprofessional manner. She told me to leave and go check my mailbox even-though I knew my package was at the post office. I waited to get help by another person and they actually found my package in the back. Go figure! So that Asian woman does not want to do her job and does not an ounce of customer service skills, I don’t understand how someone like that can be working at the post office.
