Really really really bad experience, if google review will have a zero star choice would be better.
I went to this UPS store to print a flyer, and I told this guy(probably his name is Tyler or what I’m not sure) I need a heavy duty paper for my flyer, I’m sure I pointed out the sample on the wall, so he definitely know what I want. And I need that two days later around 2pm, he told me yes we could do that for u, and they’ll send me email when it’s done.
I waited for two days, and there’s no email coming in, I went to UPS anyway, cuz I really need flyers that day, so the girl in the store called Tyler, and find all over the store, finally found it.
And what happened next really really pissed me off, the flyer is still printed as a thin paper! I said to the girl, I need that today, so can I take this one and u guys make another heavy duty one for me?
The girl called Tyler, and he said yes, but u have to pay this thin flyer Right now.
I said okay, but at least give me some discount. And I don’t think it’s a rude request, First, u guys never meet my need, it’s not the product I want, I would never ever pay for that if I don’t need the flyers that day; and Second, if u hold that on hand, that’s useless to u guys, just a paper, so why don’t u guys just give me a discount and make both of us happy?
But the guy refused on the phone, he said u have to pay in full.
I was rushed on time, so I said NVM, I will never come back again, I’ll just pay it. I saw the screen the girl typed 60 flyers, but I said I only ordered 50, she was very skeptical, so I counted the whole bunch of flyers for her, it was 50 pieces.
I said nothing because I was running late that day, but I really wanna say, Is this seriously how UPS treats its customers? The staff was irresponsible, unreliable, and the attitude was honestly awful. Terrible service!I’ll make sure everyone I know never ever go print anything at UPS.
