  Kathy is great. You have an excellent employee at the old denton location. She runs a smooth store. It's always a pleasure to see her. She is very helpful.

  So I make cookies and was told that my package would be there by 8 am Tuesday I spent 156 dollars on monday and not only is the package not there. The worker on the phone told me to call customer service and the AI hung up on me. What type of service is this? Even if I don't have the tracking number they flat out told me it would be there by now and I trusted their word. What type of service is this!?

  The employee is very good at her job. Unfortunately I often seem to get stuck behind one customer with a complicated need and wish there was a way to do a quick Amazon return without having to wait in line.

  The gentleman in the front with the vine tattoo is extremely rude and unhelpful. I went in for a simple scan I couldn't get the machine to work it just kept beeping back at me I literally counted 87 peeps. and he just stood there staring at me never once asked if I needed help until I said your machine is not working I'm going to go to another store. Bring back Mario someone who had a smile and enjoy all customers regardless of their race. And everyone else who went after me that was not of a color he treated way much better.
