Send sandals from Brazil to United States, they mixed up labels… I got someone else package with my name on the box, I got pants and shirts and when I pull the label could proof that actually has never been my package. 24h ALREADY and no one does shit! There was only one employee trying to help me, Lula. I’m still waiting for an update about MY package. I even payed for TAXES for the wrong package… DHL sucks!

I picked up a package delivered to the service point. Customer service was great, process was smooth, if I have a signed package I am not home for, I will divert to this service point again.
