- CHC Scott HollabaughFeb 10, 20231.0First of all, this building is not ADA compliant. Secondly, how does a package that is supposed to be delivered in Canyon end up in Dimmitt, even after being sent to Canyon?!!

They have shoved box into the tiny mailbox that i have, instead of walk not even 50 ft to my front door. Like really. DO BETTER. Or my services are going to someplace else.
- CPCameron PartlowApr 20, 20221.0Constantly delivers to the wrong address or "loses" packages. I don't believe anyone can be that incompetent for so a prolonged period. The trends I've seen so far are indicative of theft from either their delivery drivers, post office employees, or both.
- JTJames TylerJun 6, 20191.0Gave it one star because there is no option for zero. I get my neighbor's mail on regular basis. They have lost packages on several occasions and genuinely don't care. I avoid using them if possible. Service is the worst. If you're expecting a package, good luck. They get it right about 55% of the time and they're happy with that percentage.
