The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Pat is especially great when my daughter stops in with deliveries for me—particularly when we're trying to find boxes for oddly shaped or oversized items. We are so appreciative of this crew and all they do for our small business!

- RDRandy DeLaneyJul 31, 20225.0I've had to ship out a couple packages lately and each time I had no issues and the lady helping me, sorry I can't remember her name, has been very kind and professional. Also we haven't had any issues with our mail delivery so I can't complain. As far as the pricing goes it has definitely gone up but I'm about 99% sure the local office doesn't have any control over pricing.

There have been multiple occasions where we’ve had letters & packages go missing, the staff at the Caddo office always appears genuinely concerned when it comes to problems & go above & beyond to correct the situation. Tiffany Adams (our carrier) is truly as asset to this rural location. Tiffany always ensures our packages are left in secure places, checks in if we have problems & is nothing short of a constant beaming ray of sunshine anytime we have to cross paths during her deliveries.
