Important package misdelivered (which happens) and I called the local number, fully expecting to be redirected to some distant customer service rep, but nope! After one transfer, Sandra (clearly at local PO) answered phone, listened to my issue, looked up package, contacted postman and package delivered to my house in less than 10 minutes! Impressive stuff. Congratulations Burleson USPS!
