  Terrible WiFi you can’t send any email stood in line 20 min no signal I even went outside for 15 min . Emails won’t pick up in store . So my money and services will go to FedEX!!!!!!!

  What can I say, it isa UPS store. When I was there they were BUSY but they were getting them in and getting them out. I did not have to wait more then maybe 2 mins.

  The two males that were working Tuesday night Sept 25, 2026 were not helpful. The older tall skinny one was extremely rude. My shipper said I didn’t need to package it. When I got to UPS, he (older skinny male) scanned my code, printed a label and then said I needed to package the shirt. I said I will go home and package it and bring it back. He told the other kid in there that I would not pay to ship it because I wouldn’t buy their packaging. They supposedly voided the ticket. I asked for the ticket and they insisted they cancelled it so I could redo it when I came back after again saying I wouldn’t buy their packaging. I came back 45 minutes later and walked to the counter where a nice lady helped me because the two guys made sure they were busy talking so they wouldn’t have to help me. While I stood there, the tall skinny guy made the comment to his customer “Things go smoother when you package your stuff before you come in”. He directed the comment at me. Very rude. When the lady scanned the code again, she said it’s already been used which is when I proceeded to tell her about when I came in earlier and the situation and that the 2 guys (the younger one now hiding behind the center where he couldn’t see anyone) “voided” the label supposedly and I could use the code when I brought it back. The other skinny guy would not look over at me and continued making comments towards me. The lady was able to reprint the label after a few clicks and sent me on my way. Hopefully my package goes through. The tall skinny older guy should be fired. Very very rude!!!
