- TLTartanic LiveJul 11, 20265.0Most of us get to know most of the delivery drivers since they visit daily and I am thankful every time... but rarely do I get a chance to leave a shout-out to other staff. A substitute driver picked up a note I left in the mailbox, made out to the Postmaster. The note was written on printouts of 2 Amazon deliveries with their tracking number, that were listed as "undeliverable " by Amazon. Lo and behold, master detective and USPS Buna office staff, Angela, called to inform me she found the missing package! The label had faded off from another package (not mine) that had damage and "leaked" on the label--making it illegible. Thanks to Angela for taking extra care, going above and beyond, and making sure this missing mail will reach its intended destination. Thank you, Angela for your sleuthing skills and hawkeye attention.

I have a business that has me going to the post office ALL the time, and every single lady has been a constant delight to work with! I had an item of a personal matter the other day, I called the 1-800- USPS and put in a case thinking I’d never see my package or hear back from the “online” people, but to my surprise the Buna postmaster Mrs Shirley herself called me within the hour! She assured me she was on top of the matter and the next morning she called me within an update. I could tell if my package was out there in the world, she would find it! My item arrived after hours, and Mrs. Shirley still made sure to called me and have her team call me, to put my mind at ease that it had arrived! I’m from a “big city”, and would never have gotten this kind of kindness and care. Mrs. Shirley and her team have made moving to Buna Tx, such a nice transition since the USPS is such a part of my business! Thank yall so much for working so hard for all of us!
