- STShaina TrousdaleJul 13, 20261.0Wish I could give 0 stars. 2 incidents in less than a month. I’m beyond livid with Bullard USPS. I will refrain in the future using them to ship any personal items. We were out of state and I had left my wedding ring & bands behind. I had my mom ship it to us back home in Texas using priority and signature request. I did the signature THINKING it wouldn’t have been left in my mailbox, and instead brought to my door for a signature. NOPE… post delivery driver signed off on it themselves and put my diamond wedding rings in my mail box!!!! I call and there’s no answer to report the post office let alone speak to post master. I’m angry knowing they signed for my package and left thousands of dollars of diamonds in my mail box, when they should have brought it to my door like it was requested. Prior to this incident when we were out of town on vacation my diploma from the college I attended was supposed to arrive in the mail… Whoever delivered it said there was a dog out, (which we know is not true as no one was home at all that included our dog.) I went to the post office to pick it up once we got back, they told me it was already shipped back to the sender. 10 minutes after I got home from being at the post office a delivery driver showed up to my house with my diploma and said it was in the wrong spot... I don’t understand how things can so easily be misplaced, ESPECIALLY of importance.

Local mail man doesnt know how to read apparently because I've had my mail delivered to just about everyone on the street except me. Random packages show up at my door that I now have to deliver. Avoid using this service if you can.
