Now normally I would just call and not make it public. But seeing USPS has 1 number for everyone in the Nation to call and you cant call your local mail office, here it is. I got a package delivered and we have a Package Delivery Box next to our front door just for packages. They have been dropped off, placed on the hood of our vehicles, place on a small table in the sun. Not ideal but whatever. But non on the drop off in the box or at the front door. This one takes the cake. This is just laziness and care free for the people your dropping of mail for. What is this was your mail and someone took it or the post man was to lazy to hand it to you or place on your front porch with the contents inside is now broken. People look forward to packages coming in, really when it kids. This guy either hates their job or just doesn't care.

This has to be the worse post office in the world. I work a full time job. I don’t get to go to work at 8 o’clock in the morning and get off work by 4 o’clock and go home. I work from 6 AM until 8 PM and I don’t work Monday through Friday either so can someone tell me how I’m supposed to pick up my mail when they are closed on the weekends
I actually spent a whole entire day trying to call them on the phone and all I got was a recording that tells you options of doing other things and then rings around 20 times and then starts talking again and then eventually just hangs up on you and even if you call another number to file a complaint they don’t do anything either so if our government decides to do without post offices around the world it will be the best thing ever

We moved to buffalo and I went up there to ask where I need to put my new mail box ($50 for post and concrete) the worker told me “anywhere is fine, just as long as it’s 48” off the ground”. Well come to find out anywhere is not fine, I have to pull it out of the ground and get a new one because they’re to lazy to go out and look and tell you where exactly to put it. The manager Shelia won’t add to the route or refund me for having to buy a new post.

This is the absolute WORST post office on the planet. It is pointless for it to even be here and the employees are just nasty garbage waste of air and space.
